6-Month Purchases RTB Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. The 6-month return to base warranty that we offer, covers hardware defects that arise within 6 months of the date of purchase.

2. Software faults including viruses, malware, driver issues, application incompatibilities and third-party intervention of the operating system are NOT covered.

3. Hardware issues occurring as a result of misuse or accidental damage are NOT covered. This includes liquid and physical damage.

4. The warranty covers accessories only supplied with the laptop at the time of purchase (e.g. laptop chargers).

5. Any parts not fitted by Nerds HQ, voids the warranty with immediate effect.

6. A 6-month extension to the standard warranty is available at a cost of £30, this brings the total length to 12 months of which all the other terms and conditions still apply.

3-Month Repair RTB Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. All parts fitted to your device while being repaired by us carry a 3-month warranty.

2. Only parts supplied and fitted by Nerds HQ are covered under warranty.

3. Nerds HQ cannot be held responsible for the loss of data. We will take every precaution possible to conserve data where possible.

4. Software faults including viruses, malware, driver issues, application incompatibilities and third-party intervention of the operating system are NOT covered.

5. Software repairs including OS reloads and PC Clean-ups are NOT covered under warranty.

6. Bags, discs, cases and other personal accessories left with your item are left at your own risk. Nerds HQ will not be held responsible for the loss of these items for the duration your device is with us. We will endeavour to take every precaution possible to keep all items together.

7. An Operating System reload involves completely restoring your computer to its original condition. This means that ALL software will be removed and data will be kept subject to a data transfer fee (£10).

8. GPU Reflows are not covered by our standard warranty; you will be advised of this at the time of quoting. We will, however, attempt the repair again should it fail (free of charge) within 3 months of the original repair.

Warranties are only valid with invoice issued by Nerds HQ.
